These terms govern the Skillwala website and the courses sold on it. The seller is Dungtech Private Limited, CIN U37100DL2022PTC402050, House No. 805, Village Daryapur Kalan, North West Delhi, Delhi 110039, India. Skillwala is the brand name of that company. By enrolling or paying, you agree to these terms, the privacy notice, and the refund rule.

We sell online skill classes. The main course is AI Skills to Get a Job, a live class with course material and a Skillwala certificate, priced at the amount shown on the checkout page. Other classes, such as the AI Job Accelerator, are sold only at the price shown when you pay. The price on the page at the time of payment is the price you owe. Payment is taken in Indian rupees through Cashfree.

You must be 18 or older and give your real name, email, and WhatsApp number. We use those details to send class access. The course teaches AI skills for work. It does not promise a job, a salary, a client, or an income. A certificate records that you attended the class. It is not a degree and it is not a placement.

Completed payments are not refunded. The course videos, notes, and class content belong to Dungtech Private Limited. You may use them for your own learning. You may not copy them, resell them, or share a login.

Our responsibility for a purchase is limited to the fee you paid for that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi have jurisdiction. For a grievance, email theskillwala.school@gmail.com or write to the registered office above.
